Baltimore median home prices rose by 9.4% in February 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2022 in Baltimore rose by $12,000 while total sales decreased by 31.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2022, there were 773 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 9.4% increase over the $128,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,135 homes sold in Baltimore in February 2021.

The median sales tax in Baltimore for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,490, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for February 2022.
