WATCH: #WBAL highlights efforts by Anne Arundel & Baltimore Health Departments to get kids immunizations before 2022-23 school year
A report just out from World Health Organization and UNICEF estimate about 25 million children worldwide have not gotten immunized against common diseases, like, diphtheria.
While the numbers have not risen to that degree in the United States, state and local health departments, as well as schools in Maryland, are issuing some friendly reminders for parents.
