Rep. Glenn Ivey, a member of the U.S. Congress representing Maryland's 4th district since 2023, has recently shared his views on several issues via social media. Known for his legal background and previous service in the Maryland House of Representatives, Ivey has been vocal about matters affecting federal workers, trade policies, and veterans' rights.

On March 6, 2025, Rep. Glenn Ivey expressed his support for Democracy Forward's efforts to assist federal employees. He stated: "I am proud of the work that @DemocracyFWD is doing to fight for our federal workers. Thanks to their legal challenge, over 5,000 federal workers at USDA have their jobs back. We must continue the #bigpushback and we won’t stop until more federal employees are reinstated."

Later that day, he criticized former President Trump's trade policies with a brief comment on tariffs: "Trump’s tariff wars are a tax on the American consumer. Full stop."

In another post on March 6, Ivey addressed the issue of veterans' benefits: "As a Member of Congress, it is our responsibility to protect our Veterans. There is nothing patriotic about pulling benefits and security from Veterans."
