NFIB members have an opportunity to join the Maryland Department of Labor for a virtual session discussing the state's upcoming paid family leave program. The webinar will take place on May 22 from 2 to 3 p.m. via Zoom.
The session will provide an introduction to what Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) is, explain how it will function in Maryland, and offer guidance on how businesses can prepare for its implementation. This webinar is particularly useful for those with basic questions about FAMLI.
For those unable to attend on May 22, the Maryland Department of Labor will organize similar sessions regularly.
