He rejoiced at the restoration of full access to presidential events for the

Steny Hoyer, 83, was born in New York City, New York in 1939. He currently lives in Mechanicsville.

Hoyer graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park with a BA. He also earned a JD from Georgetown University Law Center in 1966.
