Allegany County Board of Legislators met Aug. 13.

CALL TO ORDER: The meeting was called to order at 2:36 p.m. by Chairman Curtis W. Crandall
LEGISLATORS PRESENT: C. Crandall, G. Barnes, P. Curran, D. Decker, W. Dibble, D. Fanton, K. Graves, B. Harris, S. Havey, D. Healy, J. Hopkins, J. Ricci, D. Root, P. Stockin (Absent: J. Burdick)
OTHERS PRESENT: T. Boyde, C. Clark, S. Decker, K. Dirlam, R. Ewell (arrived at 3:30 p.m.), D. Frank, C. Knapp, A. McKay, B. Riehle, T. Ross, J. Smith (arrived at 3:30 p.m.), D. Spitzer
A motion was made by Legislator Hopkins, seconded by Legislator Fanton, and carried at 2:36 p.m. to enter into attorney/client session. Immediately following discussion at 2:57 p.m., a motion was made by Legislator Graves, seconded by Legislator Decker, and carried to end the attorney/client session and return to the regular meeting.
The meeting was recessed to allow for a public hearing scheduled for 3:00 p.m.
The meeting was reconvened at 3:30 p.m.
A motion was made by Legislator Root, seconded by Legislator Graves, and carried at 3:30 p.m. to enter into attorney/client session. Immediately following discussion at 5:11 p.m., a motion was made by Legislator Root, seconded by Legislator Healy, and carried to end the attorney/client session and return to the regular meeting.
ADJOURNMENT:
There being no further business to come before the committee, the meeting was adjourned at 5:11 p.m. on a motion by Legislator Graves, seconded by Legislator Root, and carried.
