Maryland Department of Juvenile Services issued the following announcement on Nov. 21.
DJS youth from facilities across the state participated in the 24th Annual Oratorical Contest at the Maryland Court of Appeals. Students delivered short speeches inspired by the poem, “If,” by Rudyard Kipling. Congrats to all youth who participated. Here are video highlights from the event.
