Maryland Governor's Office of Crime Control & Prevention issued the following announcement on Dec. 3.
The members of the Maryland State Board of Victim Services recognize that crime victims suffer personal loss, may experience stress, fear, and confusion in the aftermath of a crime, and often are in need of information and services to aid their recovery. The Board has developed various brochures and forms in order for crime victims to be aware of their rights.
