The Board of License Commissioners met on this date in the conference room on the 3rd floor at 9:00 a.m.
The Board considered and reviewed the following application for transfer
Minutes from the previous meeting, November 1, were be read and approved.

Review the regulation, Minors working under the age of 18 on a license premises.
Action:
This is a State law and an Allegany County Rule and Regulation
Board is not in favor of changing the age for employment.
Changes will need to be made through Legislation.
Question concerning Liquor Tasting at license establishments.
Action:
There is no provisions at this time in Allegany County for Whiskey tasting according to Attorney Levine.
Matthew Bernard met with the Board. He is employed by Western Maryland Distributors. Less than a half an ounce
For tasting whiskey. Board will adopt a regulation for whiskey tasting. Dealer out of State must has a Maryland license from the comptroller. Retailer must provide the alcohol.
