Prince George's County issued the following announcement on Dec. 25.
All county offices will be closed for New Year's Day.

Whether you’re making resolutions or just enjoying the time off, have a safe start to the New Year. All county offices are closed for New Year's Day (except public safety agencies). Several county services are also suspended or closed.
