Maryland Administrative Office of the Courts issued the following announcement on Dec. 26.
Thirteen graduates will celebrate their sobriety and successful completion of a rigorous court-supervised program during the 28th bi-annual graduation ceremony for the adult drug and DUI treatment court in the District Court in Howard County on Wednesday, Nov. 28. Since it began in 2004, approximately 250 individuals have graduated from Howard County’s program, which combines judicial oversight with intensive treatment and supervision.
